Ciara decided that after having lunch with Heyli, she needed to show the little girl around while also taking a walk to stretch her legs. She hadn't seen Daniel all afternoon and it seemed like he was really busy so she decided that spending a little time with Heyli wasn't a bad thing after all. After lunch, both women took a walk around the garden and Ciara almost bled her ears out from listening to Heyli gush about the beauty of the garden. The next place she took Heyli to was the training grounds. "This place is where warriors train?" Heyli asked. "That's smart of you,"Ciara commended. She made sure to sprinkle compliments here and there. Heyli seemed to have been starved of it from a young age and it was a way to build her confidence. "This is where warriors train every morning and evening. They're all gone to their duty posts. The first set trains in the morning while the second set does the morning shift and vice versa. They also interchange. Would you like to join?"

Heyli was standing before an impressive man. Even on his seat, she knew he was a tall, intimidating man. Harrison had taken her to his office before leaving and she stood there for about two minutes before he finally gave her attention. "Why haven't I ever seen you here in Antarti?" The man asked as he studied her small frame. He had pinched lips and the most intimidating set of brown eyes she had never seen. Somehow, she saw the strictness of her father in this man. Heyli moved from one foot to another as she thought about what to say. She decided that lying was going to save her. She'd have to tell Ciara about it. "I'm related to Queen— King Athena!" Heyli said and blushed in embarrassment as she corrected herself. The man raised a brow at her as he wrote down something in a book. He sighed and leaned back on his chair before speaking. Before Heyli could turn to go back in, Athena saw her. "Heyli?" Heyli turned slowly and her expression held uncertainty. She stood by the door until Athena spoke again. "Come over here," Heyli did as she was told. She walked to where Athena sat and bowed in respect. "Take a seat." Heyli took a seat beside Athena but there was a lot of space left between both women. Athena said nothing afterwards. She watched the junior team train and Heyli did the same. Heyli watched young boys and girls of her age pair with each other and duel. They were all taller and bigger than she was. And here she was, looking like a fifteen year old girl. Her eyes caught Harrison talking with a girl with blond hair and the girl seemed to be smiling but that's none of her business. "You want to join the junior warrior team?" Athena asked suddenly. Heyli jerked. She hadn't been expecting that question. Swallowing, she nodded. "Why?" Heyli thought for a while

Athena paced about as she worried about the guests that were being attacked on their way home. A lot of thoughts ran through her head as she stared out of the window into the empty training grounds. The news of the attack was going to spread like wildfire and everyone would think she was unfortunate. Why did she have to bring so much bad luck? She didn't even know what was attacking them and that was what bothered her the most. Out of annoyance, she flung the champagne flute sitting on her window sill against the wall, causing it to smash against the fall and break into irregular splinters. Immediately, one of her maids ran into the room looking worried. Athena didn't even acknowledge her. She kept on looking outside while her maid cleaned up the mess and quietly left the room. The drive back to Antarti was quiet as everyone was shaken by the attack they had just experienced. No one could tell what it was or what it meant or why it had happened and they all waited for the Lycan Confederate to examine the bodies of the dead and the medium they had taken alive. But until then, they all had to be careful. On getting to the palace, Alex and the others were informed that the guests had arrived home safely. It was a great relief.
