CHAPTER 58: I CAME PREPARED

I did as the kidnappers said. I already had the cash ready in a bag. In the middle of the night, I sneaked out of the house. I didn’t inform anyone that I was going to rescue Naya.

I went to the place the kidnappers had told me to go to. But this time I came prepared.

When I got to the scene, there was no sight of anyone around. I began to receive calls from my dad. He didn’t stop calling.

He wanted to ensure that I picked my calls, so he didn’t give up on calling me. I ignored all the calls that I received from my dad. My mission was to get Naya back in one piece.

I waited for almost an hour for the men to arrive with Naya, but no one came out. I began to wonder if they were blaming games with me.

Why weren’t they out to make an exchange of the money with Naya’s freedom? Wasn’t that what we had agreed upon?

While I was still trying to figure out what to do, I sighted Naya and two hefty men from afar. I was so excited to see Naya. I guess she missed me as m
