I pace in elder Alarick's office desperately wanting to go back home and in my mate's arms and not deal with this problem. Since the day she woke up, I can't help myself, I crave her presence. It's not the fact that she's carrying my child that I crave her presence but more like her kidnapping has made me paranoid. I can't even for a second imagine my life without her in it but when I was summoned by elder Alarick because I refused to go to him, I was pushed out of the house by the same mate.

"Let's not actively look out for Alexandria. Let her think that we don't care and that we've forgotten about her," I suggest elder Alarick even when I don't understand how she managed to get out of her prison. She's no doubt had some help and that too from someone in the school.

"That's alright. She might even lead us to her master. Just put a spy on her," he says and I nod my agreement. I have many people who would fit in the category of a spy, I smirk mentally.
