I was feeling a lot of emotions being trapped in Kai's castle, who apparently is a Dragon King.

What the heck was I supposed to do now?

The woman named Lucrezia brought me inside a massive bedroom.

I tried to calm myself down and gather my thoughts, wondering if there was a way for me to escape. But as I looked around, I realized that the room was guarded and there was no way out.

"Have a good rest, miss. Ring the bell if you need anything, but the dinner will be ready soon," Lucrezia said and proceeded to leave.

"Wait, don't go," I said.

Lucrezia paused in her steps and turned to face you. "Is there something you need, miss?"

You took a deep breath, trying to steady yourself. "Can you tell me what's going on? Why am I here? Who is Kai to me, or...was?"

Lucrezia hesitated for a moment before replying, her voice gentle but guarded. "I'm sorry, miss. It's not my place to answer those questions. The Dragon King will explain everything in due time."

I felt a wave of frustration wa
