Alvis

I stood beside my father while he had everyone gathered under the moonlight. It was time for Adrian's trial. He only had a few minutes to prove his innocence because Betty's parents didn't want to wait anymore. They wanted justice.

Standing beside my father, I noticed the tension in the air. The moon cast an eerie glow over the group as they all waited for Adrian to speak.

My father, the Alpha, looked at Adrian sternly and said, "Adrian, you have been accused of a serious crime. What do you have to say about that?"

"Dad...I mean, Alpha, I know that I have been accused of killing Betty, but I swear on my life that I am innocent. I did not harm Betty in any way." Adrian looked at me with pleading eyes. "Alvis, can't you do something?"

"Adrian, I believe you. But I'm not the one who decides your fate. My father has to be impartial and listen to all the evidence," I said, trying to reassure him.
