CHAPTER 79

RUBY’S POV

Breakfast ended and without a forewarning, Dax picked me up from my chair and carried me bridal style all the way to the room while I shrieked in surprise. We both laughed about it and when it was time to take a bath, he insisted we had our bath together.

I didn’t object. Instead, I pulled him into the bathroom along with me, and to make him feel good just like he made me feel the previous night, I went down on him before we had another round of lovemaking right beneath the shower as the water poured down on us in torrents.

Our bath soon came to an end and we made our way back to the room. I cleaned up and dressed up, wearing a simple sky-blue colored dress then Dax helped me dry my hair and held it up in a ponytail for me after so many tries.

It was a perfect morning for us. Everything was going perfectly… Just like the way it used to be eight years ago before the whole unfortunate situation but now, we were back to where we stopped and would be going forward u
