Damien:
I paced around my broken down room as I called Natalia for the hundredth time since she left.
I could feel her wolf being in pain, and knowing her reason; I hated myself a lot more with each passing second.
Flashback:
I watched as my beauty walked away with them.
My heart raced against my ribcage as my wolf howled in pain.
Pain of being left by my mate, and the pain that she was feeling. She didn’t bother looking back despite my whimper, and having Sebastian holding me back; I didn’t follow her.

Damien:I kept my arm wrapped around Natalia for a while, just holding her to my chest as she opened up to me, unblocking the barrier that she set between us as mates.It broke me seeing how her mom treated her, and had it not been for Ace being there; I already knew that things might have been worse. It also annoyed me that mom and dad knew of this, and yet neither one of them bothered to come and tell me about it.
