Lorena's POV

I was up early the next day. I had to get Kaya ready for school. Before I slipped out of bed, I stole a glance at Hazel. She had slept peacefully throughout the night. I only hoped that she recovered soon. I was still mesmerized about her tale of the little ghost girl. So many questions, yet no answers to any of them

I slipped into the bathroom and had a quick shower and got dressed just as quickly. I was in stealth mode; I didn't want to wake her up. I tip-toed downstairs and immediately began to do my chores, trying my best not to make a ruckus and wake the entire pack house.

The sweeping went well and so did the dishes. I also made breakfast for Kaya as I was supposed to get her ready for school today.

I looked at the clock and gasped at the time. It was almost 7:30am. Kaya had to be in school by 8am.

I hurried to get room to wake her up but as soon as I flung the door open, I was stunned to see her standing infront of the mirror in her uniform. Her hair was
