The air around me was heavy with tension as I approached the triplet’s tents. I could hear them bickering and it gave me intense joy. It was fun to watch them argue like children, especially when it came to matters concerning me.

Ever since I was attacked by the vampire, they’ve been acting like my parents, always hovering around me and dictating what I should and shouldn’t do. However, unlike before, this time they were more open to what I wanted and what I didn’t want.

I stood by the entrance of their room and was about to enter when I saw Gunter leave the room angrily.

The argument must have been pretty serious for him to leave like that, he didn’t even spare a single glance at me.

The room suddenly went silent as I strode into the tent, everyone staring at me like I had grown a second head.

“Liya, what are you doing here?” Hunter asked, his eyes piqued with curiosity.

“Nothing, Uhm.. you see… well, I came to pay you guys a visit.” I stuttered.
