ELYSIA'S POV

The next few days came with a hullabaloo of emotions and several uncertainties and scepticism, I found myself torn between trusting the Alpha's promises and believing Finnegan.

I would have pushed his words to the side, but I couldn't just help it because he sounded convincing enough. And if he was lying, what reason did he have to do that?

Just like I learnt from the Alpha, he was the apprentice to the sorceress, I wondered which business he had telling me all of those things.

The thought of all of these stole sleep from me for the next few days, I found myself always pondering about it and giving the Alpha suspicious looks.

That morning, I decided to put an end to all of it, I decided to stop letting myself have sleepless nights over the issue, but there was no way it would be possible to stop thinking about it if I didn't get to satisfy my curiosity and get the assurance that Finnegan was not telling the truth so I decided to tell Asher everything Finnegan had told me
