Chapter 25

"You know your nanny can go with you,"

Robert spoke up after a disturbing silence existed between them.

Kyle glared at him and snapped,

"What! For how long is she going to be my mom? What happens when my friends find out that she is my nanny, not my mom. Dad, you know what, forget it. I am not going to school tomorrow and that's it. I don't care if I am ever going to know my mom."

He said all that yelling. The silent night echoed his words back and Robert was afraid that he would wake up everyone in the mansion.

"Put down your voice, it's late already "

Robert cautioned him, gently placing a hand against his cheek.

"Sorry dad,"

Kyle muttered.

"It's alright. I am sorry you are feeling this way and there is nothing I can do about it. If you don't want to go to school tomorrow, it's fine. But I promise you that next time such will happen in your school, you will have a mom to go with you. No get some sleep"
