I removed my hands away from my face and stammered as I saw Caitlyn standing on the balcony door with her arms crossed.

Emery I went back to my room to prepare for Kairo and I’s trip. Was this a date? I thought to myself. I felt giddy and excited that I was finally having some alone time with my mate.
