MESSIAH JORDY'S POV

I watched the Omegas from my pack drag my suitcases out of the exquisite mansion Arlo lives in.

There was a limo waiting for me outside the front yard and it had already been minutes. I knew I should get going.

"Is that all of it?" Arlo asked the last Omega who walked out with my smallest duffel bag.

"Yes, your majesty," She mumbled with a bow and headed to go put it in the trunk.

"Damn. I would have gotten you a thousand more clothes. Then you're going to have a thousand suitcases and you won't have to leave so soon."

I smiled at his words and pulled him in for a quick kiss. "You're being corny right now."

"Nah, I'm being desperate. I'll miss you, and it just might drive me crazy. Stay with me, please?" He lifted me off the floor, seizing my lips in a bruising, demanding kiss.

I pulled out, gasping for air. Our foreheads caressed and we stayed that way for what seemed like forever.

"I can't. I've been away from home for a month."
