“Oh my— it’s midnight!” Lilliana shrieked when she picked up her phone. I had no idea how much time had passed until she just said it.

Things were going smoothly and honestly, at this point, I didn’t care if it was midnight or past midnight as long as I was with her.

It really didn’t feel like midnight, it was almost like any other night except that I was spending this night with Lilliana and it was perfect.

I was talking to her, making her smile and hearing the sound of her laughter that seemed to make me go out of my mind.
