At the end of a few seconds of silence, cries are heard in the woods. "Let's get out of here." Marty held Christine's hand and started walking. Christine pulled her hand and followed Marty as she limped. "Ouch!" Christine bent over to massage her swollen ankle. All of a sudden, her body was lifted. For five consecutive days, each morning Marty together with Mary shows up at Christine’s villa. Despite telling Cassie not to bring Marty to her room, the little girl seems to turn a deaf ear. Not wanting to embarrass herself again, Christine wakes up early and waits in the living room for Marty and Mary’s arrival.  Marty was taken aback to see Christine sitting on the sofa in the living room. "Did you come down on your own?" asked Marty coolly. “Yes, Mr Jacobs. It's just a sprained ankle so I can still get down without needing anyone else's help."  Christine wasn't looking at Marty the whole time she was talking, but her eyes were on Mary, watching her reaction.
