Narrator's POV

The CIty

Luther sat on the bench, thinking of what just happened.

It couldn't have been coincidence. The biggest shock of his life. So was the key to his memories. He needed to find a way to meet with her.

What really happened when he tried to chase after the taxi?

A sharp pain coursed through his head. He saw a flash of life where the world was burning. Where he destroyed the world.

He looked at his hands. Nancy was right. He was a monster.

Luther couldn't sleep. He kept on turning from side to side. He wasn't alone. Nancy also couldn't sleep.

"I think he likes me", she said with the innocence of someone who was just falling into love for the first time.

"Hmmm", was all he could say.

"what's wrong? ", she asked, noticing the disdain in his voice.

'He must be in one of his moods', she thought.

"Everything", he said, sitting up.

She jumped down from her bunk bed. "Everything?! ".

"Keep it down. You'll wake up Aunt Darcy".

"Sorry", she said, sitting with him
