Author: Thank you for reading 'He's Special To Me'

Sung Yoon: Please continue to support us and do notify this stupid and shameless Author when you contact her which I do believe will never happen because none of you are her fans neither do you like this stupid creature.

Author: *Sigh, you've insulted me so much but I won't say a word. I do believe my readers will reach out to me.

Sung Yoon: Yeah well, if that happens, it won't be because they like you but because they pity you. You have no friends after all.

Author: I have one friend but.... we don't talk much. I notice she commented on one of my books.

Sung Yoon: I believe that was the last favor she wanted to do for you before she break off your friendship.

Author:..........Why do you hurt me so much?

Sung Yoon: Wait, are you crying?

Author: Chapter 17 begins.

Sung Yoon: You're definitely crying.

           *********👻👻*******

Awkward and awfully quite, the atmosphere was spelling these two. What happened while he wasn't here? Hae Jin asked himself as he stood at the staircases leading upstairs. Watching his ghost friend and human friend staring at each other.

Staring at each other? In Tae Jin's eyes, he was staring at nothing because he couldn't see Sung Yoon. He could only see him.

But for some reason, Hae Jin felt they had a conversation before this atmosphere took place. Almost like they stopped talking after sensing his presence.

HAHAHAHA!!!!, he laugh in mind, that was stupid right?

Hae Jin has come down after finally remembering Sung Yoon hasn't had her breakfast yet. After thinking too much about his dream, what it meant and the two strangers he felt familiar with, he came to this realisation.

Sung Yoon has been starving since morning while he was busy acting selfish.

Has he always been this selfish?

Well, he will never know until he finds out his past. Hae Jin though before deciding to make his presence known to his two friends.

"Tae Jin, you're here" Hae Jin said with a smile, gaining their attentions.

Both Sung Yoon and Tae Jin smiled, happy to see Hae Jin.

Sung Yoon was glad his friend finally came down. She guess the smile on his face now was all because of Tae Jin.

Sure she felt jealous of this but she was more happy to see Hae Jin smile.

He hope the kid will continue to make Hae Jin smile, make him happy, take care of him. Because this Tae Jin kid, wasn't exactly a kid.

He was a grown up in a kid's body. Sung Yoon assure us of that.

"Hyung! Where were you? I've been calling out your name for so long!"

"I'm sorry, I was a little busy" a smile crept on Tae Jin's lips at his reply, "I was right after all. You were busy" he said.

Hae Jin smiled brightly at him, getting down from the stairs as he head for the living room.

Reaching, he took a seat beside the couch Tae Jin sat on smiling at him for some seconds before looking at Sung Yoon with an apologetic expression.

He felt so bad for neglecting Sung Yoon's needs while focusing more on his business.

Sung Yoon was his friend, the only friend closer to him right now, yet, he acted badly towards her.

"I understand, you don't worry and don't feel sorry either" she assured Hae Jin, knowing perfectly well he was feeling guilty for prioritizing himself first some time ago.

She believe if she was in Hae Jin's shoes, she would have acted the same way.

"I'm sorry"

"I already said don't apologize" Sung Yoon said sternly and Hae Jin gave a small smile, glad to know Sung Yoon wasn't angry.

"Fine, I already brought out the food. Is in the bedroom opposite the master bedroom" That was where he stayed to think things overs. About his dreams, what it meant and those people. wondering if what those two said to him was said to him before he died.

Well, at the end, he got no answers from all of his questions.

"Great! I'll have my breakfast — I mean, lunch now" Sung Yoon said excitedly, making Hae Jin smile.

"Who are you talking to again Hyung? You're confusing me. Scaring me as well" the kid said, looking frightened. Alert, Hae Jin looked at the kid's direction, "I'm sorry if am scaring you" he said.

"Whatever! Have your moment now, I'll take my leave" Sung Yoon said irritatingly, rolling her eyes before getting up to leave.

"Don't finish all the food" Hae Jin yelled after her and she replied, "Blame yourself if I do" and Hae Jin smiled amusingly.

He had an idea on what will happen next.

"I won't ask who you've been talking to anymore" Tae Jin said, gaining his (Hae Jin) attention, "Because I know you won't tell me. But I can wait. Tell me when you're more comfortable"

"Thank you" Hae Jin said with a grateful smile. Tae Jin was still too young to understand anything and even though he didn't want him to find out he was a ghost yet, Hae Jin knew, that sooner or later, the kid will find out.

How long was the lie (When Hae Jin told Tae Jin he was moving out that's why all the furniture were covered with white cloths) he told going to last?

'Beep, Beep, Beep' sounded out of Tae Jin's old watch, drawing both of their attentions. The old watch made this sound, alerting Tae Jin that it was 5pm and it was time to go home.

"Is time to go home" Wait a second! It was already 5pm? Hae Jin thought in realisation. He knew it was 5pm because Tae Jin always said it was time to go when it was exact this time.

It was already time for Tae Jin to go home.

Damnnit! He hasn't even spent 30minutes alone with him and he was already leaving!...............

Hae Jin had no one to blame but himself! He wasted hours thinking about unnecessary stuffs when he could have waited for Tae Jin and spent more time with him!

He blamed himself! He wasted all the time he could have spent with his dear friend figuring out something he didn't even have a clue of.

'I blame myself' he thought, feeling guilty.

"We didn't get to talk much. You spent too much time on that thing you were busy with" Tae Jin said sadly and Hae Jin felt even more guilty.

"I'm sorry" he apologized and with a small smile, Tae Jin replied, "Is okay. Grown ups have a lot to do. Mom and dad always tells me this"

Poor kid. He must be so lonely having parents who are always working. Hae Jin understood they were doing it all for Tae Jin's own good.

They were earning money for him, however, that didn't mean they should neglect the kid. He was too young and needed more of his parents attentions, their love.

Tae Jin had to know they loved him more than their jobs.

"I'm sorry to hear this Tae Jin" he said sadly, looking exactly that.

"Why should you be sorry? Is not your fault" Tae Jin said to cheer him up but even the kid could see it wasn't working.

And so, he decided to share a important news which he believe will make Hae Jin happy and at the same time......sad.

Looks like in the end, he won't be able to fully cheer his Hyung up.

In any case, Tae Jin went ahead with his plan.

"Anyway, my birthday is this coming Sunday so I won't be able to come here. My parents wants us to celebrate it together. They said they will take a leave off work"

That was good. Great news. Tae Jin will get to spend his birthday with his parents. But still.....

"That's great"

"Yeah it is. I won't see you and it makes me sad. I want to celebrate my birthday together with you as well"

Hae Jin was also sad to hear this. Even he wanted to celebrate Tae Jin's 6th birthday with him. But what can he do? He can't leave this house and follow Tae Jin to his own. It just wasn't possible.

Wait! He's got an idea!

Hae Jin smiled happily, confusing Hae Jin. Here he was sad he won't be able to celebrate his birthday with him (Hae Jin) and he was smiling happily?

"I have an idea. Why don't we celebrate on Monday together? It won't be the same as celebrating on your actual birthday but at least we will be together"

So this was why Hae Jin was so happy!

This was a good idea! He loved it.

"Sure! Why not?" Tae Jin exclaimed happily.

"I'll make all the arrangements, so don't worry"

"Okay Hyung" Tae Jin agreed and they stared at each other, smiling happily.

They will get to celebrate Tae Jin's birthday together even though it will be a belated birthday.

This made Hae Jin very happy. This will be the first time since his death that he will celebrate a birthday together with someone.

Hae Jin has never celebrated his birthday because he didn't know (His birthday) but to be able to celebrate someone's else together, was more than a blessing for him.

Thanks to the heavens.
