Lindsey

What was the point of hiding it anymore?

Adrian was out of the picture, at least for now. I've been keeping this secret, so I could get my revenge, but now that Betty was dead and Adrian imprisoned, I had no reason not to come clean.

But now that I've blurted out the truth, I'll have to explain myself to Alvis.

"What did you say? What do you mean you died too? You aren't making any sense, Lindsey," Alvis finally said after a moment of silence.

"Hmm, I don't think it's a good idea to reveal the truth to Alvis, Lindsey. His small puppy brain wouldn't be able to handle it," Kai said sarcastically and grinned.

"Silence!" Alvis roared at Kai and turned back to me. "Explain yourself, Lindsey. What did you mean by that."

"Alvis, there's a lot you don't know about me. I'm not the same Lindsey you grew up with. I mean, I am the same person, but things have changed since my rebirth," I said, even though I knew my explanation would make things even more confusing for Alvis.
