ALICE'S POV

She had left the room to breathe in some fresh air. It was as if sharing the same room with Ben, steals the air from her lungs. Except that he doesn't make her breathless from want, but from repulse.

Her hand reaches for her belly and she caressed it dreamily.

Whether she knew the father of her child or not, she would keep the baby. It's true that she hesitant to make a decision about the baby before now, but she's made up her mind to keep the baby and she's willing to do it without the support of any of her family members.

And that will only be possible if she is able to divorce Benjamin Fosters.

“A penny for your thoughts” her hands instinctively went for her non-existent belly bump as if to protect her baby.

Her motherly nature was already stepping in when the baby is still yet to form.

She turned and met Ken smiling down at her.

Was he flirting with her while the brother was few meters away?

“Can't I check up on my brother's wife?
