“Keep quiet,” Trent said. “I have nothing to do with that woman again, bygones are bygones. The past is the past so please just ease off on that,” He said, shifting his weight and putting his hand in his pocket and bringing out a stopwatch. He flipped it open and glanced at it.

At this moment something struck my mind. It seemed as if it was this wife that left him that Elise was talking about. I frowned and she spoke again. “Being divorced doesn't mean you need to hate her though,” Elise chuckled. “I mean, you can still be allies and all but you just don't need to be intimate is all.”
