Otsana is an orphan, and the daughter of the Dark Shadow Pack's former Alpha. Her uncle Alpha Grayson killed her father, and took over his position as the Alpha of the Dark Shadow Pack. Otsana got sold against her wish for suspecting her uncle over the death of her father. She was sold to Alpha King Ralph , Alpha of the Moonlight Pack, as his bride, who believed that Otsana was a mere Omega, judging by what her uncle told him. She got maltreated by Alpha King Ralph , whom she slept with almost every night, after he rejected her as his mate, and made her his mistress. One day, the moon goddess gave her Niklaus, the Lycan King, as a second chance mate. Miranda, Alpha King Ralph 's sister, also has a crush on the Nicklaus, the Lycan king, and wished she was his fated mate, but finding out that Otsana was mated to Niklaus, hated Otsana the more, she convinced her brother, Ralph, to lock her up from meeting the Lycan king.
