The water’s cool temperature seeped into my wet suit the moment I was ejected from the submarine. I believe the only dry thing on me is my hands, which were being protected by my combat gloves.My lungs have gotten used to the fact that I could breathe underwater that I could no longer cough or hold my breath to allow it to adjust to the transition. Now, it was one swift process.At the corner of my eyes, I saw Trei gesturing for us forward. We swam towards him until he lifted his hands for us to stop. He pointed at something ahead and we saw a boat passing over our heads. Trei waved for our attention again and pointed downward.We nodded and followed Trei deeper into the water so we wouldn’t be able to attract any unwanted attention. Especially since we were with our blue friend over here.

I got nervous because a current started to form the moment I freed the hole to the entrance. Byron and I gripped the walls beside the hole just before we were sucked in to prevent ourselves from being dragged inside along with the current. We both waited for a few seconds until the vortex finally came to a stop.‘I think we might get ambushed if we go inside now.’ Byron pointed out.‘Gee. Thanks for stating the obvious, Byron. Let’s go.’ I moved towards the entrance but Byron blocked my path.‘Maybe I should go in first to be safe.’ He offered.

It was now midnight judging from the watch that Trei gave us that we have yet to return. I lay on my bed and stared at the ceiling. It was a long day yesterday but I couldn’t find myself going back to bed. My nightmares were getting worst that I would rather be awake than asleep at most nights.I kept dreaming about throwing my past leader Falco, who is currently a turtle metahuman, towards two other metahumans that are supposed to be my comrades. In my dreams, Falco couldn’t stop himself and killed the other two by slicing them in half. The scene kept repeating itself over and over in my dream like someone kept hitting the replay button. And when it does change, it would be with Jack as an eel metahuman being thorn to shreds by Duncan, who’s in the body of a hammerhead meta. I don’t know what happened to Jack after he electrocuted

It was the second day of traveling going to Belize. We were mostly making stops to rest the engine for going turbo the whole time. But most importantly, we were taking refresher courses on combat with Skyr.As the General says, training never stops because it is the foundation of mastery. We would even have a few water combats as well, in which Trei would join us to fight off Skyr. But it would mostly end badly for us as long as Byron won’t use his powers on the young former general of Atlantis.And to think that Skyr was using old underwater gears that were slower than the upgraded version that we used before when we were in Atlantis. But the concepts are the same. Little turbo gears would be attached to the suit that could read the bodies’ movements and fire up that turbo’s base from the movements that we make. 

My body felt cold as I woke up and realized that I was still underwater. I realized that as soon as I noticed that I couldn’t use my outer voice.  Everything was dark and I could barely feel my body. I tried to recall what happened but every time that I tried to think, my head would start to hurt.‘Master, you are awake.’ I moved my head to the side only to see Fleex. Well, could barely see him through my blurred vision.I blinked and squinted my eyes. ‘Fleex? Where are we? Are we moving?’ Even sending my thoughts to communicate was hurting my head that I had to wince. ‘And what happened? Where’s Byron?’
