Chapter 17

Amelia’s pov

It was already midnight as I tried to catch my teary for the third time, he seemed to get more harder and energetic it time and I was enjoying every bit of it, he breathed heavily beside me as I placed my head on his chest, he pulled me closer..with our naked and sweaty body rubbing against each other.

“You are so good at everything.” Damian said to me as I stroked his chest playfully.

“Anything to please you Alpha, I told you before that I was ready to serve you with my life.” I said to him, he chuckled placing a kiss on my forehead.

“And that’s why I treasure you the most.” He whispered, I felt proud of myself..All I wanted was to prove to everyone that I wasn’t the same rejected mate they knew but a Luna of a very powerful pack.

“I have great news for you Amelia.” He said to me as I smiled to the fact that he might actual tell me his plans of making me the Luna.

“What’s the news?” I questioned.

“You earned the other brides their right back.” He said making my smile drop immediately.

“Oh, that’s good.” I whispered feeling disappointed.

“But.” He added with a chuckled,

“I also plan on making you my Luna.” Those words, it felt like the greatest treasure to my ear he finally said it which meant Lady Rosa was right and with what just transpired between us he was definitely going to make me his queen.

“Wow, I can’t believe my ears.” I screamed, hugging him tightly he also joined me with a soft chuckle.

“I can’t believe you actually considered me to be your next Luna.” I said to him making his smile as he sat up on the bed and I joined him.

Alpha Damian looked at me with a soft smile. "Amelia, you have proven yourself to be strong, resilient, and loyal. You have faced challenges head-on and emerged victorious. It is not just about what you can do for me, but also what you can do for our pack. You have the qualities of a true leader."

His words warmed my heart, and I felt a sense of validation. All the hardships I had endured had led me to this moment, where I was being recognized for my worth.

"I will do everything in my power to be the best Luna for you and our pack," I promised, determination shining in my eyes.

Alpha Damian placed a hand on my cheek, his touch gentle yet possessive. "I have no doubt in my mind that you will fulfill that promise, my love."

In that moment, I realized that our connection went beyond just physical desire. There was something deeper between us, a bond that transcended the surface. I felt a sense of comfort and security in his presence, and I knew that he felt the same.

But there was still one thing that bothered me. I had earned the other brides their rights back, but it didn't feel like a victory to me. They had suffered just as much as I had, and I couldn't celebrate knowing that they were still in pain.

"Alpha Damian, what about the other brides?" I asked, my voice tinged with concern.

He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Amelia, it is a complicated situation. I cannot simply release them without proper consideration. But I promise you, I will find a way to make things right."

His words reassured me, but I knew that I couldn't rest until all the brides were free. I had seen the pain in their eyes, and I couldn't turn a blind eye to their suffering.

"Can I do something to help them?" I asked, determination burning in my chest.

Alpha Damian nodded, his eyes filled with admiration. "Yes, my love. I want you to go and release the brides from their rooms. Let them know that they are no longer prisoners, that they have their freedom back."

A surge of excitement and purpose filled me as I stood up from the bed. I quickly put on my robe and made my way to the door. Lady Rosa was waiting outside, her eyes filled with anticipation.

As I opened the door and stepped out into the hallway, Lady Rosa's expression changed. She looked at me with newfound respect and admiration, treating me like a queen.

“Wow, you made it out with a smile.” Lady Rosa said to me as I smiled while walking past her and she followed behind.

“Did you succeed?” She asked but I continued to walk towards the cell, I soon stopped in my Tracy and turned to her.

“You should fully respect me now Lady Rosa because you are looking at the new queen of the Silvermoon pack for the first time in twenty years.” I said to her as I had expected her to act angry but she smiled, she jumped in happiness.

“I knew you could do it, I didn’t believe you were so dense as they had labeled you to be when we first came to get you for Alpha Damian.” She said more to herself than to me.

“But seeing as you turned the table around in just very few weeks I now know you can’t be underestimated.” She added as I tried to hold in my victory smile.

“I need to release the brides”, I pretended to not care about what she said as I walked quicky towards the cell.

Lady Rosa followed behind me as I was more than sure she knew what exactly I wanted to do.

I reached the front of the cell gate and the guards immediately opened the door for me and it definitely came with an announcement.

“The future Luna is here.” The guards announced as they opened the gates and I stepped in with a grin, my gaze fixed on Lucy who stood up in surprise.

“It can’t be.” Lucy muttered in surprise.

“Damian wouldn’t do that!!”
