Katherine’s POV

Everything has changed.

Ever since the incident in the bathroom which made me lose the baby, and after I was placed on bed rest for two weeks, both Ethan and Caleb have been avoiding me.

I couldn't even talk to Daniel for two minutes before I had to fake a call and leave.

Yes, I knew it was fake because I saw it one time, and no one buzzed him yet he picked up his phone and acted like he had to get to a meeting hastily.

On the outside, I kept calm, but on the inside, I was breaking down. The kidnapping with my half-brother, the pregnancy that I didn't even have the time to come to terms with the baby before I lost it, and now this...it was all too much, and I couldn't keep it all inside before it ate me up...which was why when Mallory insisted on introducing me to a shrink or preferably someone who could help me...at least mentally, I agreed.

Mallory and I were the only ones who were aware of this for now. I mean Caleb would too...if he were around to even talk to me.
