Always Destined to Love Her

As Grace strode confidently into the Shore Café, her slender legs, gorgeous, angelic face and bright blue eyes captured the attention of many. There were whisperings amongst a lot of the café patrons, in particular the men:“Who is that Girl, isn’t she beautiful?”“I’ve never seen her here before”“Look at her long legs, I wonder if she is married or has a boyfriend. She looks like she came straight off a modelling shoot”Grace was oblivious to all the comments and whispers around her as her only intent was to get the same table she had been getting the last few times to sit down and enjoy her breakfast whilst she carried out some company work. She was still looking for new office space, so she was currently renting a small office for two months that only catered for ten of her staff until she secured a lease on a big office space for the staff moving from her Boston Office and new staff she intended to hire. “Dad, are you ok?”, yelled Carter frantically at Connor as he arrived. Carter had been in a meeting when his assistant interrupted the meeting telling him what happened. Carter excused himself and came out. He had only just missed Grace by mere seconds as she had just hopped into a Cab. “I’m fine Carter”. Connor and his bodyguard told Carter about the young lady with the ocean blue eyes that saved him from the would-be kidnappers that the Police were now taking away. He also recounted the treatment she had provided him, her kind smile and showed him her jacket that was used to elevate his foot. Carter looked around for the girl with the description his dad gave him but he could not find her. Carter’s bodyguards approached him. “Check all the cameras around here and find the identity of the girl that saved my dad”. Four days later, it was a Monday morning, Grace had just finished her routine Monday 7km morning run along the beach near her apartment. Although she was busy, she found that running took her mind off things and kept her fit. She had showered and was having breakfast with her cappuccino at the Shore Café sitting in her usual seat by the window staring at the magnificent views of the water. She had found that there really were not a lot of places in Straco City that served cappuccinos, so when she came across this café, coupled with a great view, she knew she was on a good thing and decided to make it a regular place for her cappuccino and breakfast whenever she could. As her food and coffee arrived, Sean, Sebastian, Carter, Tyra and Kiara arrived to have breakfast. As they walked past where Grace was sitting towards the bigger table behind her, Sebastian greeted her with a “Good Morning”. (Two weeks later)Carter, Sean and Sebastian met up for some dinner and drinks at the ‘Oxford Club’. They tried to meet every few weeks. They occasionally discussed a bit of business but it was mostly just to catch up with each other about the what was going on their individual lives. They grew up together and these three friends were just like brothers. They always had each other’s backs whether it be in their personal lives, or in business. They were as tight as brothers could be. They had their own private room, so they could discuss whatever they liked and it stopped the girls always eyeing and approaching these three handsome men and bothering them. (A few days later)Now that Grace had settled on staying in Straco City (at least for the time being), she had settled on a new Lease for her company.  It was over in the centre of town about a 5-minute walk from the Shore Café.  Her new office was also a 12–15-minute drive from her new apartment she had just purchased at Bluey Beach.  She hadn’t purchased a car yet, so was either using a motorbike she had bought as soon as she came into town or caught a cab where she had to go. The apartment was spacious. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small room she could use as her home office.  A nice sized kitchen that she would definitely take advantage of as she loved cooking and it also had a nice sized lounge and dining room. The garage under the apartment building was accessed via a secured roller door that only the residents in the three apartments in her building could access.
