Sarah's POV

I stood at the entrance because I couldn't walk in. I was most especially scared to do so. Seeing his mom so close to him, I smiled and kept staring at them as the door was wide open with more nurses flocking right in.

"It's a miracle he's awake in such a short period of time after the surgery, we thought It'll take months!" The doctor said,

I was sure Mason couldn't see me, and I didn't want him to see me because who was I to him? I smiled, staring at him from that distance I stood. If there was any way I could repay him for saving my life, then I'll gladly do it.

The only way to prevent this from happening was to cut all ties I had with Mason, or was still going to have with him.
