Chapter 66

Sarah's POV

I felt uneasy, and when I couldn't shut my eyes for a second, I sat upright on the bed. Ray had earlier gone out to do something which I had no idea of and so I took this as my only chance.

First, I stared at my hand, then, taking in a deep breath, I pulled away the drip and rose up from the bed.

At first, I was dizzy, but I tried to maintain my balance and not fall. I opened my eyes afterwards and tried to take a step, but my legs were heavy.

I tried again, and succeeded this time. Soon, I began walking perfectly till I was standing at the entrance of Mason's door.

I could hear loud noises, screams and cries, and I wondered what was actually going on in there.

I touched the door knob and immediately pushed the door open.

There was Stacey on the floor, with a scary woman standing right beside her.

They both cock their head to my direction while I stood transfixed and wondering what the hell was going on.
