Alec's POV:

I stood at Olivia's door, contemplating whether to knock or just kick the door open in a second.

"Knock," came my wolf's order.

Reluctantly, I raised my hand and knocked twice. When I heard heavy footsteps approaching, I prepared myself for Jay's reaction and interaction.

"Finally, where did you go, Olivia?" a man asked as he opened the door.

When he looked at me and then around, I couldn't hold in my chuckle.

My imagination of Jay was that of a man my height and close to my build, but now, looking down at him, I felt like laughing.

"Jay?" I asked seriously.

"Yes, and you are?" he asked back with a frown.

"A friend of Olivia's," I answered.

He rubbed his hand against his forehead, then dropped it.
