We got back late due to the traffic around the carnival area since everyone was leaving at the same time. The past two days have been delightful and I intend to make today my last two days in Rome fun too. We spent a couple more hours at the beach talking about the most random stuff and I got to admit it felt nice seeing William like that, so carefree and relaxed. I was scared that Rome might end up being a forgotten memory by the time we got back, I was scared that William was going to go back to his usual way of ignoring me.
